Farewell to Son of Aotearoa

Mother Aotearoa held you close. She, like we, your whanau must let you go,
To be free to soar above the mountains and lakes you called home.
Over the ferns and mighty kauri (nodding in acknowledgement)
They let you pass toward rugged coastline,
Let your spirit soar to the misty shore where your waka awaits.
The silent paddlers bearing you forward, to that peaceful place that is now your home.

WTF...? zoran and i realize now that when we go new house hunting this spring, we're going to have to get one with at least 4 bedrooms because i'm sure at some point we're going to have to harbour some of my american girlfriends. land of the free, MY ASS.

terrorist nipple brings usa to a halt, while officials and citizens alike try to recover from the devastation!! doh. crazy assed puritans. if only they could get this vehement about their constitution being torn to shreds by their own president. each day goes by it becomes more and more evident that the usa was never anything more than a pretty good idea that never really got off the ground.
