Time to switch registrars ? "Close Gitmo? No way!! Think our interrogation methods are tough? Prisoners in the Middle East talk quick. Here's why." - popular domain registrar GoDaddy.com condones torture at Gitmo.

thankfully i never followed some of my friends over to the slightly cheaper godaddy, and stayed at Dotster.com - which is well priced, well run, and easy to use. i've had my 10 domains at Dotster for around 5 years and have been well pleased with the service they provide.

update: the owner of godaddy changed the article's title and text on his main site so he looks less heinous, but for now the above linked article is basically the same, but with a tacked on disclaimer at the bottom. i've cached the original and will upload it some other time.

it's not that this guy isn't entitled to his opinion, but to have that opinion linked from his company's front page is another thing altogether - it has the effect of making his opinion company policy. not to mention he's a wee bit slim on those pesky things called facts. not that there's anything unusual about that when it comes to bush supporters, gah.

read his responses to people's comments - repeats the same weak disclaimer over and over, won't address any intelligent challenges to what he's said.
